A minimum patch should be based on two things:
- The empty patch or full 717260 patch
- A known patched page: Keep the MMU table patches as is

- IsNumber (0x01a55ad4): In patchable area 0x01a55a80
- SafelyPrintString (0x01a57b8c): In patchable area 0x1a57b80, used only by "write"
